The Blair County Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Foundation was incorporated on January 2nd 1996.

The "BCLEOMF" was chartered to honor law enforcement officers who have served the citizens of Blair County PA and lost their lives in the line of duty.

A monument to these officers stands in front of the Blair County Courthouse in Hollidaysburg, the County Seat of Blair County. This monument was dedicated on June 25, 1999.
